We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel your order with Virat Jewellers.
Order Cancellation Window
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed for shipping. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately.
How to Cancel Your Order
To cancel your order, please:
- Email us at support@viratjewellers.com with your order number and cancellation request.
- Call us at +91 12345 67890 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
- Provide your order number and confirmation email.
We will confirm the cancellation via email and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
After Order Processing
Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipping (typically within 24 hours), it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait to receive the item and then follow our Return & Refund Policy if you wish to return it.
Custom and Personalized Orders
Orders for customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewelry cannot be canceled once they have entered production. These items are created specifically for you, and production typically begins within 2-4 hours of order placement.
Please be certain of your customization details before placing your order. If you have any questions, contact us before ordering.
If Your Order Has Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may:
- Refuse delivery when the package arrives (the item will be returned to us, and we'll process a refund minus shipping costs).
- Receive the item and follow our standard Return & Refund Policy to return it within 30 days.
Cancellation Refunds
If your order is successfully canceled before shipping:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
Pre-Orders and Special Orders
For pre-orders and special orders:
- Cancellations must be requested before the item is shipped from our supplier or manufacturer.
- Once production has begun or the item is in transit, cancellations are not possible.
- Please review the specific terms for each pre-order or special order at the time of purchase.
Unable to Cancel?
If you're unable to cancel your order because it has already been processed or shipped, don't worry. You can still return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (see our Return & Refund Policy for details).
